What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Health and fitness starts with a mindset of self love and acceptance. A firm foundation of mindset, nourishment and movement that you enjoy will pull you into your fitness journey with ease and flow. Build yourself a community of positive people to share your journey with. Grant yourself grace if/when life happens. Schedule time to create the space for new habits.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness allows me to live in a body that is energetic, fluid, strong, confident and healthy. Like anyone else, sometimes I don’t feel like working out or I would rather order processed take out food instead of prep a healthier meal. Keeping promises and appointments with myself has built my confidence.
