What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Being fit & healthy comes from the inside out. Your mind will quit before your body does, so feed it with positivity. Instead of relying on motivation, start creating daily micro habits that you can sustain long term (drink enough water, get 7-8 hours of sleep, eat more greens, replace fried with baked proteins etc.) Find your "WHY", PLAN & EXECUTE. You must be willing to keep the promises you made to yourself.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has shown me what my mind & body are capable of. It's taught me to be disciplined in all areas of my life. From waking up early, to following a program, pushing and holding myself accountable. It has fully transitioned my life after becoming a mom at 28. I turned to fitness after dealing with postpartum depression and grief from my fathers passing. Fitness has truly changed my life and would be different without it.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would donate and host an event to bring awareness to sexually abused girls. I will use some of it to enhance my skills in order to serve and help others in the health & fitness world. It would be such an honor to win the title and to represent my FILIPINO community. My goal this year is to be in the best shape of my life for me and my daughter.
