What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Being fit is a way of life. It’s a daily pursuit of being the best version of yourself. It’s not about perfection, but being persistent and consistent. It’s not about the big things but doing the little things well over time. Choose activities that you enjoy and then build on top of that. You should be looking forward to your exercise time. Find a mentor that will hold you accountable to your goals and motivate you. Invest some time in learning and reading about fitness.. This

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I’ve always been physically active. As a child I played all the traditional sports.This taught me to be a team player, discipline, commitment, and a positive self image. Traits much needed in my 20s 30s 40s &50s! Exercise has pulled me through rough times in my life. Fitness has helped me to influence others to be the best version of themselves and preserve. I love sharing my experiences and helping others. And having a fitness studio helps me do just that.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

In the mist of this pandemic my little business has been hit hard. I have not been able to pay full rent in 4 months.. needless to say I’m in the RED. I’d also give to others that have been affected and have to exercise at home by providing exercise equipment and videos free of cost to them.
