Fuel your body and don’t be scared of calories. Food is fuel! Find a fitness program you enjoy! If you do not enjoy it, you won’t stick with it! “Your body can withstand almost anything. Fitness has changed my life! When I finally focused on myself and took control of my diet, my health changed! I lost 100 pounds and gained lean muscle. Not only do I look better, but I feel amazing! I have insane energy, a happy outlook, mood boosts, better sleep, better libido :) and so much more! There is a TOTAL mind, body and spirit connection!
First I would give back to One Child, a program that helps impoverished children around the world with food and healthcare. Secondly, I would take a reward trip for losing 100 pounds. And if Covid-19 taught me anything it was to be prepared at all times. So I would put some in savings.
