Find something that excites you and work toward it! For those days you don’t want to work out, you need a reason that’s stronger than your lack of motivation. If you have a race, competition or PR you’re working toward, that can usually help keep you on track!
I feel strong and powerful - and the stronger I get physically, the strong I get mentally, too! It’s a great feeling and helps in every aspect of life!
I still have tons of student loans, so I would love to put it toward those!
