What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find something that you enjoy, break a sweat everyday And get creative with your healthy meals! Look at health and fitness as a reward for loving yourself not a punishment for hating yourself. And remember it’s a journey not a destination!! It’s ok to have ups and down just keep going!!!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is my biggest stress reliever! When I’m feeling overwhelmed I go for a run and I swear it’s a therapy session! It’s amazing how great you feel after you finish a workout! You feel strong, empowered and unstoppable! This gives me confidence in everything else I do!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would finally open my own gym! A place where everyone is welcome! Regardless of age, fitness level or anything else! Just a group of people inspiring each other to be our best selves! Healthy and happy physically and mentally!
