Balance and moderation is the key to anything in life. Don’t deprive yourself. Enjoy the small things in life. It’s ok to look into the future but try to enjoy the right here and now. Be present. Be empathetic. Be genuine and truthful. Love and let love in. Take care of your self and give yourself yoga hugs everyday!!!
I crave my yoga practice every morning I get up.My body thanks me for it and so does my mind. I feel self love, confident and clear minded when I begin each day with my yoga practice. I no longer need substance or medication to help me “cope” my anxiety has vanished and I no longer suffer depression and the need fulfill emptiness is no longer there.
I would start my yoga business. I am a registered nurse as well so I would love to incorporate my experience in nursing with yoga to help individuals who suffer anxiety depression and issues with image to be able to self love again. I would love to help people to stop seeking and To realize that happiness is and has been within all along. Let’s unleash that happiness
