Don’t look for validation from others. Be your own validation and know within that as long as you are growing and pushing daily to be the best YOU then you are on the right path!!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is my life!! Being physically fit is not just an outer appearance but more importantly and inner reflection of self and how mentally tough you are. Life has ups and downs and of you are mentally tough you can get through anything! It starts with posit thinking and that all starts with self love which is taking care of your body. With having developed this mindset over the years it has helped me empower women within my community.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was the next Ms Health and Fitness I would use the money to create an app called “The Waist Game”. This app would have everything a woman needs to know on how to be the best version of herself, love herself, and most importantly go through life smoother with having a manual to help her.
