What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

It is all in our mindset! The way you think about your own health & fitness is the key to success. It does not matter what age you are, your fitness level, your starting weight, etc. Fitness & health is for everyone! Building strength, burning fat, increasing cardiovascular endurance, striving to feel & look your best are all physical actions. They wouldn’t happen without your mindset being positive. Your competition is with yourself.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Being authentically physically fit gives me a feeling of being ageless. I am overflowing with motivation to inspire others to be empowered to do the same for themselves & inspire others to join along. My life is full of passion & I am disciplined with ease. I gravitate towards that which empowers me in the areas of food, information & people. Being physically and emotionally fit enables me to live every day to my fullest.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

As the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I will focus on inspiring, motivating & educating women about the importance of self-care, goal setting, proper physical health, mental health & nutrition. Provided funding will give me the ability to develop & share empowering content.
