Building strength, burning fat, increasing cardiovascular endurance, striving to feel & look your best are all physical actions. They wouldn’t happen without your mindset being positive. Your competition is with yourself.
Being authentically physically fit gives me a feeling of being ageless. I am overflowing with motivation to inspire others to be empowered to do the same for themselves & inspire others to join along. My life is full of passion & I am disciplined with ease. I gravitate towards that which empowers me in the areas of food, information & people. Being physically and emotionally fit enables me to live every day to my fullest.
As the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I will focus on inspiring, motivating & educating women about the importance of self-care, goal setting, proper physical health, mental health & nutrition. Provided funding will give me the ability to develop & share empowering content.
