❤️ yourself 1st! Have a healthy relationship w/ food. Let the ones you love in on what you are wanting to do. It will help to have support. Please have patience with your body as it will take time however, very empowering! Stay consistent this is key & most of all do not quit. it’s OK to fall but never ever give up. You got this! Fitness teaches you so much about yourself. If you allow it, it can show you what you are truly capable of. You can craft your own character & resilience
I am very resilient & I am confident in my abilities. I show up for others that may need a little extra strength or push that day. I’m a voice when they need it. My fitness journey has impacted thousands over the years to never give up & shown that it’s ok to be strong! My own strength was tested in a hiking accident in 2016. I was hit by a fallen rock that broke my face. My fitness & my strength led me through it & far above it. Strong is beautiful.
There are so many answers that could go here. I believe my number one purpose though would be to use some of it to start my own business. I have been in this industry professionally for 12years & I am ready to take things to the next level. I want to change the way people see fitness & how coaches coach & I want to empower women every where to be strong & confident! I would also like to take our Non-profit D.C womens only self defense seminar outside of the U.S. for the 1st time.
