What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find what makes you happy, train a way that is fun but also challenging. Seek failure over success and watch how much you achieve.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression at an early age and began using exercise as a natural way of overcoming my mental health challenges. Now I spend my time helping others manage their own mental health through fitness.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would invest in my continuing education with NASM, purchasing more equipment for my clients and setting up a studio.
