Your energy, drive, mood, and much more will improve and that’s what you should feel everyday. It’s all about consistency.
I am a group instructor, personal trainer and own a fitness studio. I live and breathe fitness. Fitness helps us both mentally and physically. In order to function daily we need to feel our best. I grew up playing sports and have always been active. My dream was to help others feel the way i do and understand the value exercise and nutrition has on our bodies and brain. The motivation and support from others who joined our studio, encourages us to do better.
I would put this towards our community. Being from a small town and we run a small boutique fitness studio allowing 14 (now 10 or less due to covid) max people per class. We love what we do even though it’s long days. I want to continue to help others have a place to go to feel welcomed. We want to show this community that we need to take care of ourselves. We need our health or else we have nothing. And that this is for everyone. No matter what level, we all deserve happiness.
