What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My favorite quote is “If it’s important to you, you will find a way”. You will have to find a way to be fit and heathy no matter what and make it a priority. Sometimes it’s harder to start, but once you build up the habit, it actually becomes harder to not exercise and be healthy, because you become so used to prioritizing it in your life. Stay committed and never give up.Remember, If it’s important to you, you will find a way, if not, you will find an excuse!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Besides focusing on being healthy, staying in shape and working out has always been important to me. It gives me so much energy and clarity, keeping the body strong and healthy, while improving mental health. Exercise also improves mood, stimulates various brain chemicals, making me feel happier, more relaxed and less anxious.It also makes you feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly,which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem and energy levels.
