What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would always recommend setting goals and making them as sustainable as possible. What you start today, think about it in longevity. Will you still be able to maintain that habit 10 years from now & how does it benefit your overall health? Mind, body & spirit should always be prioritized.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It positively affects all aspects of my life. Self-confidence in my body, my career and in my workouts!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would donate a percentage of the proceeds to a children’s mission & put the rest towards starting my own gym.
