Start small. Small changes make huge impact without wrecking havoc on your life. If you try to do everything at once you will get overwhelmed and quit. Make a small change a week. These will build over time and create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
Fitness helps me mentally and physically. I started CrossFit when I was 42. I am now 50 and in the best shape of my life. I have suffered from anxiety and depression over the years and fitness helps me relieve my stress, sleep better and gives me a healthy outlet. Starting my day with a workout gives me focus and energy to do ALL of my jobs well! I am also a coach, helping people start their fitness journey is very rewarding to me! Also being a strong woman gives me confidence and empowerment!
If I won I would Put the money towards my kids educations. I have a 17 year old and a 19 year old. My husband just lost his job due to the COVID 19 health crisis and saving for college is off the table for a bit. This would really help!
