Open minded, self aware, self loving, embracer of change - motivated from within - by the past. Always living for the present and future.
Stop putting it off. Just start. All it takes is the first step. After the first step, make it a habit, a routine, a natural part of your day. The more you move, the better you feel overall. Invest time in your health, your mind, your body. We have one shot at this life, make it count. You owe it to no one but yourself to wake up and be the best version of yourself you could ever be. It all starts within. You have to think it to ever even fathom believing in it.
It’s been my crutch through the good and bad times. It started off as an elementary sport - track and field - that eventually led to a passion, a lifestyle, a belief system - weight lifting/running. My entire mindset has changed since my introduction into fitness. Pushing through the finish line, grinding through that last rep or two. It’s so much easier to give up, but I don’t. This mentality has seeped its way into my daily way of thinking as well.
Invest in my education. I plan on going back to grad school for developmental psychology. Growing up in my environment wasn’t the easiest for my mental health. From the time I was a child I would watch shows & read articles on effective communication skills and family dynamic. As a nanny, my passion for the fragile, growing mind has skyrocketed over the years. I want to invest to help others who may be struggling and help parents and children realize who they are to reach their fullest
