Try your best to make fitness fun by doing workouts you actually enjoy, there are so many options nowadays. Most importantly be patient and consistent with whatever routine you are implementing. If you slip up don't be so hard on yourself, get back on track and do the best you can every single day. Allow yourself some cheat meals once in a while, YES CHEAT MEALS!
Fitness makes life better! From mental health to physical health I just couldn't do this thing called life without fitness! It's not only a form of self care for me but it's also a form of therapy. It is something I practice daily to feel amazing from the inside out. It helps my body and mind feel balanced, focused and strong every single day! If I didn't have health and fitness in my life there is so much I wouldn't be able to do, fitness improves the quality of life for me!
My husband and I are 35 with 3 boys and we would love to buy our first home. We are both in the fitness industry and Covid has made it extremely hard to make ends meet for a family of 5. My husband is an amazing father and provider and for me to be able to help alleviate some of the financial burden would be such a blessing. We both have been working 2-4 jobs pretty much our whole lives starting at the age of 13 and this money would be such a huge help to us and our 3 boys.
