What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Our bodies are designed to move. Incorporate movement in your everyday life and watch how you become fit & healthy. Start small and increase gradually. Did you know that walking is one of the best exercises for the body? The best part is that anyone can do it. P.S. Sitting is a new smoking ;)

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is my escape. It is the place where I re-design myself to be stronger & better everytime. Pushing over your limits becomes a metaphor for life. Everytime you are faced with a challenge and you push through it, you grow. And the side effect is looking good in shorts ;)

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

My mission is to positevely impact the life of others. I want to serve and bring inspiration to everyone around me. As a Yoga teacher my dream is to open up my own studio. I believe that this 20K will be a doorway that will allow me to get started. Healthy is the new Mantra ;)
