Living a healthy and fit life has helped me to be a better wife, mom, and be an encouragement to those who want to improve their health.
To be fit and healthy it definitely takes a certain mindset. It's knowing it's not going to be easy. It's knowing that it will take time. There will be days you will fail and want to stop but the key is to keep going. You have to trust the process. Its not about the number on the scale. It's all about the fuel that's put into your body to reach those goals. Focus more on listening to your body. The human body is amazing. It will help you figure out what you need to thrive and be great.
Fitness has shown me so much about who I am as a person. It has shown me strength and power. Along with weaknesses I didn't realize I even had until pushed to the limits of getting though a workout. Fitness isn't only about losing weight or building muscle it can relate to many other facets in our lives. I think being able to overcome obstacles not only in the gym but in life has helped me. My moods are better, no more depression, and I'm able to cope with issues better in a more positive way.
My passion for fitness started with me wanting to only help myself but soon turned a corner at some point that I wanted to help others. I want to invest my time and money into peoples health. I want to grow a business that caters to the needs of those who want to help themselves and live a long, healthy, and happy life style. The money would help me on my journey in opening my own fitness center to help others reach their goals. Along with my goals of becoming a successful entrepreneur.
