Take baby steps! Combine eating right with exercise three to six times a week! Work around your injuries. It’s a plan for life, that will extend your days, not shorten them! Make it a routine, like brushing your teeth or showering! You can’t take care of others until you take care of you! When you are happy, then those around you will be!
Because I make a difference with those I train. I call this a mind, body, and spirit transformation! As a nutritionist and CPT, I find each client’s button and help them work through their issues while I train and push them a little more every time. I work out with them while they train, so they don’t feel alone. This keeps my personal training up as well as I kick in harder on my own time to challenge my level.
I would put the money into my fitness show called: The Cross ✝️ Fit Show: Mind, Body, and Spirit Transformation. I want to reach the world touching and transforming lives!
