What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Move as much as you can everyday! Do whatever you can and move whatever you can. Take it one day at a time. Find a physical activity you like to do and then make it a part of your daily regimen. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Count your calories. Keep a nutrition and exercise journal. Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. Try new things. Work hard. Play sports! Play! Enjoy your journey! Be an inspiration to others!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I find true joy in fitness! I love eating healthily; I am a Vegan now. I love moving, running, exercising, dancing and playing sports. I feel that I am a better person, all around, when I focus on fitness. I feel that I can better help those around me when I focus on fitness. By working hard and pushing myself in fitness (and in every aspect in life), I would love to inspire and to encourage others to do the same!
