Fitness has always been an outlet for me whether I am having a rough day or just need to sweat it out. It has built my confidence and is now setting an example for my own children on how to lead a fit and healthy life. It also goes hand-in-hand with my profession as a physical education teacher practicing what I preach!
I would invest in my two children who are only four and five years old as well as take them on a family vacation since that is something that is financially hard to do as a single mom! Possibly get a few new cute workout outfits as well! That always gives me some extra motivation!
