Exercise your mind and body daily. To have a healthy body that functions properly your mind and body have to connect. Start small. Walk daily or jog and meditate. Everything connects! It’s okay to be uncomfortable because that’s where you grow! Don’t give up if you have a bad day or a few unpleasant days. Get back on track each time you fall behind by thinking of the good you’re doing. Drink plenty of water! Never say “I can’t.”
I was in a boat accident in 2015, after recovery I went to the gym for therapy. Orthopedic said I wasn’t going to run again or perform certain movements with left tibia and leg. I worked out one day and felt I needed to prove myself otherwise. Since then it’s been my investment to myself. I run again (stronger than before actually) I can lift and have been the most confident I have ever felt. It’s changed my life for the best. Mentally and physically, I love helping others!
