What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

TAKE ACTION! The worst thng you can do is wait for motivation to sudden arise or overthink everything. Rather than stressing on 6 months from now, focus on today Small daily habits build up over time in a positive way turning into long term success. Before you could run, you had to learn how to walk. So don't overthink, just DO SOMETHING TODAY! Go for a hike, choose a salad over a pizza, drink an extra water bottle. It all adds up in big way to a happier, healthier you.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It is MY WHOLE LIFE. I found my calling as a fitness coach. I am obsessed with not only pushing my own limits to see what new challenge I can accomplish physically, but also pushing others to show them how much they are capable of even if they don't believe it yet. Fitness gave me discipline, direction, drive, confidence, energy, and friendship. When you feel good about your daily routine, you then can serve your family and community better.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would invest in my business I am starting so I can better serve my community and those looking for that extra accountabity and push. It's called Inner Athlete Fitness. That is my passion, showing people no matter what your experience level is, you too have an "inner athlete," you just have to unlock it. I would be able to invest in more functional equipment and backend investments to streamline my business to maximize my time coaching.
