Keeping track of food intake an learning how to count Marcos!! Food scales & measuring cups are a must!! An to never drink calories! Sugar free things are a must! An if you BELIVE you can certainly achieve?? It’s helped me physically & mentally for sure ???

It’s completely changed how I view my food an also mind set!! Keeps me motivated to inspire other’s that’s struggles with hypothyroidism & Hashimoto’s as well as Diabetics??That wanna make a change? With begin a healthier mom fittness always keeps me motivated to inspire my kids to be healthy! I feel the best/So accomplishing when my weekly workouts are smashed & meals/macros on point ? I always strive to do & be better than last time in gym? I feel so much
