Being healthy is not just working out your body but it’s also taking care or your mind. That why i train hard and i practice yoga because It gives me the right balance in my life. Movement is litteraly my medicine. I need to sweat everday because i feel so good afterwards! It helps clear out my mind, channel my energy and bring me more focus for the rest of my day.
I would start my own virtual studio to offer classes, workshops and personnal coaching online. This opportunity will allow me to expand my community and help more people with their fitness and health goals. With this current situation I think the online it’s the way to go with the fitness industry and i want to be part of it.
