I'm a mom of four boys and Lead Cycle Instructor for Echelon Fit. I am strong, sassy, and full of tough love!
Being fit and healthy is so much more than just looking great in a pair of jeans. Having strength and energy to say "yes" to whatever comes your way is the ultimate reward. With that motivation, making little decisions every day that benefit your health is almost easy!
I've made fitness positivity the basis of my entire career. You will never hear me say "we are going to burn off what we ate" or "let's get beach body ready." In every class I teach, every workout I plan, and every post I make to my website or social media, my focus is encouraging men and women to move well to live well. If that means you're a size 2 or a size 20, it doesn't matter. Eat well, move every day, and live your very best.
My first fitness passion is exercise for those fighting Parkinson's Disease. I would donate $10,000 to Parkinson's Exercise programs and use the rest to reach women trying to balance healthy living while raising families, balancing careers, and living real life! Through my website, podcast, and my classes for Echelon Fit, I want to help real people make fitness work in real life.
