Find a program that you personally love, I recommend finding a community who supports you and shares likeminded goals. Stay committed to the program, and the transformation will happen. Understand that motivation is important, but it is DISCIPLINE that is the determining factor of whether or not you will reach your fitness goals. Choose to be disciplined and the magic will happen! Don’t rush the process!
I have been involved in elite-level sports since I was very young. I have trained and competed at the highest of levels. Fitness has literally become my life, in a way. I fight (MMA) for a living and I have met some of the most special people through this journey. I try my best to use my love for fitness to inspire others to strive for a long, healthy life! If I can encourage a few people along the way, great!!
