Start by changing little things in your daily routine adding in fruits and vegetables to your diet , 20 minutes a day cardio and strength training body weight exercises are always great to start and surround yourself with Positive people!!
Builds my confidence, sense of accomplishment most importantly mentally and physically feel Great , I want to share that positive influence with others!!!
Put the money toward paying for my fitness studio .Also I would donate some to local community foundations.
