Find something you love and focus on that. Bonus points if you can find great people to do it with you. And don't get stuck in an "all or nothing" mentality. SOMETHING is better than NOTHING. "All or something, just not nothing".
Fitness to me is more than just the way I look or a number on the scale. The way I feel both physically AND mentally after crushing a workout is so balancing and powerful. Every OCR, every race, every game, I meet someone who inspires me to try harder or something new. As a certified PT, I hope that I can be that influence for people as well.
I have to be honest, both of my rescue dogs would get spoiled first. But then I would donate to my fave animal rescue (CAAWS in Baton Rouge, LA), starting with buying everything on their Wish List. The rest would be used to upgrade the gym equipment for my clients as well as expand my personal training business.
