The key to health is gratefulness and self discipline. Thoroughly enjoying the journey of developing your healthy fit lifestyle. Pushing through but maintaining balance in your workout routines. Functionality, strength and power. Health is more than looks, it’s spiritual, mental and empowering.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

We learn how to build and we also learn how to destroy. We have to be able to conform adapt and evolve. In life and in fitness. I’ve experienced death and in turn, appreciation for life has been my drive. In life (and in health/fitness) There is a fine balance. If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Build more groups that fight and lock away child predators and support the abolishment of human trafficking. I need to Create a movement, save those who don’t have a voice and to help empower Those who do. I want to motivate and move the world in a positive direction through fitness. I want people to feel the many virtuous qualities fitness has to offer to one’s life. I will leave an impact. Change the world. We need it!
