There are so many things! But keeping it simple is essential. The first thing I would recommend, is getting up and moving in a fun way, daily. If you don't like the activity, more than likely it wont continue for long! Setting small goals that will add up over time to larger accomplishments is the recipe to success for a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Nutritionally, identify an area in need of improvement most and start there. Before you know it, you will have built a healthy lifestyle! <3
I couldn't imagine my world without movement. Fitness positively influences my life everyday in a variety of ways: #1 keeping my sanity! #2 the release of happy molecules which help combat depression naturally. #3 a part of what keeps me healthy! #4 It feels great to help people live healthier lives. I grew up dancing & training in the small b&m studio I am now so proud to run. I am grateful to have the opportunity to move & challenge myself and to share that passion & importance
If I were the next Ms Health & Fitness, I would invest this prize money as my down payment for my commercial loan, to complete the purchase of the studio building I have been leasing to own from my grandparents upon taking over the business. This process was brought to a sudden halt due to Covid shut down and It would be everything I need to continue to grow and build a movement & training sanctuary for women. This would be the greatest honor and massive relief to win.
