Set realistic goals so that you don’t get discouraged. It’s a lifestyle, which includes some meal prepping as well. Keep it simple, and get advice from professionals that are certified. If you miss a workout, don’t beat yourself up, just get back on track the next day. Try and eat a balanced diet, 80/20 rule, where 80% is good. Consistency with both workouts and nutrition is key.
It keeps my outlook on life positive. It helps me to look at the good in every situation. It has helped me through some very stressful times in my life and gave me the courage to make sound decisions. I have made a positive impact on many clients and members of our community centre. Knowing that I have made a difference in their lives is truly the best reward.
I would donate to a shelter for abused women. Giving them the tools and resources to be strong both mentally and physically. I would also invest into virtual and in person, Personal Training. I want to help others live a healthier and better quality of life.
