I would recommend that you start by sitting less. Instead of sitting, stand. Next, walk more. In time, walk faster and farther. Eventually, walk-jog-walk. One day, you may run, and one day, you may win races. But be kind to yourself and progress slowly. Set SMART goals. And all along the way, honor that able body; it’s a gift!
