Consistency is key! You don’t have to be extreme you just have to be consistent. Fitness is a lifestyle not a seasonal habit. Find something you love to do, it makes all the difference! Don’t limit your challenges , challenge your limits !!
Fitness has had more positive effects on my life than words can even say. But the biggest benefit for me has been my mental health. I suffered from debilitating anxiety prior to getting into fitness, and now I’m mostly anxiety free. It is a huge weight lifted off me and for that I am thankful. I am grateful for my health and my strong immune system. I am grateful for the huge amount of amazing like minded people I have met that now have become friends and family.
If I were fortunate enough to become the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would definitely use this as a platform to help educate people on the importance of their health. I would use the money to possibly sponsor some people that would like to join our gym to begin their fitness journey. I would also love to expand my home gym for some additional training.
