Finding time in a busy life means that we often put ourselves last. Why do we make the time for everyone else and everything else while putting our own mental/spiritual/physical health last? My best tip is to schedule your workouts like they're appointments that you can't miss and show up for yourself! If you're not happy with where you're at physically YOU have the power within you to change it, but you can't be afraid to put in the work. The struggle is what makes the successes so great!
Sweat therapy has helped me be a more patient mother, gives me something that's just for me (you can't pour from an empty cup!) and strengthens not only my body but improves my mental fortitude. Teaching my littles that we can do hard things and to not be afraid of failing is always at the forefront of my mind. Feeling good about yourself and knowing what you're capable of is a HUGE confidence boost and so many women just don't know what they're truly made of.
Oh boy! I'd love to say that I'd go on a vacation but the practical side of me would likely replace my old car. I guess we'll have to wait and see! *wink*
