What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Love yourself. Approach everything holistically and in the most natural ways possible, ie: nourishing yourself with real whole pure food of the highest quality. It's an inside job. Supplement smart! You don't need breast or butt implants, only need Superfoods, Emotional Freedom Technique (I'm certified), love, and to harness your sexual energy (Follow Kim Anami). It's life giving! How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is a major stress reliever and act of self love and generosity. I push myself to a point that feels good not to the point of being drained because that's stressful and aging (raises cortisol). Mantra: What feels good is good. Age is nothing, healing is everything. I'm turning 47 this week.

I would love to donate to Veterans, sessions of Emotional Freedom Technique/ Meridian Tapping, in which I'm a master practitioner @everbeautytherapy on IG. The most powerful healing modality ever!
