I am a Nichiren Buddhist and I practice Nam Myo Renge Kyo. Everyday I rise, I use it to became better than the day before.
I recommend that you do something daily. It does not have to be weight training all the time. Personally, I like to mix it up. My workout plan includes weight training, yoga, cardio, and martial arts. And last, but not least diet. Nutrition is so important. One should include plenty of fruits and vegetables in their diet. And drink plenty of water.
Fitness is a great stress relief for me. Life can get crazy from time to time. And being able to workout helps me maintain my peace.
If I win, I would save a portion and put the rest to purchase my new home.
