For me, fitness is a healthy state of physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well being. So my commitment to fitness helps me realize how to live connected to my whole being. Each season, I learn how resilient, dedicated, able I am to live life at the fullest expression of how God made me to be. Fitness has helped me expand as we are continually changing from glory to glory.
