Consider using everyday items or local resources to be active.
I come from a family that have cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol & more. I believe that you almost can by past generational health issues if you make fitness a lifestyle. Not to mention gives me feeling of control over stress, improving my health and maintaining a positive attitude are each important aspects of productivity that relate to any job. If i were the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I would finally open my own gym, that would do more than just have weights. I would have healthy fit seminars and train people for activity daily living like I do in the chiropractic office, and have different group training classes.
