What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

The things I would recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy is to first clear their mind of all negativity. By changing your mindset to positive thoughts you can achieve anything you put your mind too. Without a positive mindset one can sabotage and set themselves back with just one negative thought. Next find a diet and exercise program that is a doable life style change not a quick fix. Quick fix programs are only temporary. Lifestyle changes last a life time.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness positively influences my life by my inspiring story of how I battled weight problems over the years, miraculously recovered from a debilitating neck and back injury that forced me to retire from bodybuilding and taking back my life to be a pioneer and role model my daughter and women. I have more confidence, I'm stronger mentally and have better stamina and breath support to perform as a professional opera singer. My story:

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness I would donate a portion of my winnings to the Heart Diease Association in memory of my mother and father who both died from heart diease.
