What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Consistency is key! Remember great things take time and dedication. You can do anything you set your mind to. Throughout your journey there will be difficult times, but those are the moments that you must push through, focus on your goals and envision the overall end results!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Almost 6 years ago, my son past away and my marriage failed. I completely hit rock bottom and one day I decided to get up and go to the gym. The gym became my therapy. It gave me a way to release the pain I was going through. I became stronger in every aspect and fell in love with the process. My pain ultimately led me to my passion for fitness!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I’m in the process of starting my own business called The Butterfly Effect in memory of my son who past away. This is my unique approach to fitness which provides a transparent platform to achieve life changing results in just 8 short weeks. It’s always been a lifelong dream of mine to be in Muscle & Fitness Hers and the money would be just an added extra that would allow me to successfully start my business.
