The most important thing when it comes to being fit is that you keep a good routine. Do something active every single day for at least an hour and don’t be too hard on yourself! Keep things fun and adventurous.
Fitness has been my outlet for stress as well as my sanctuary for deeper levels of thinking since I was 17 years old. As a mom of 2 it’s tough to relax, but working out gives me that time to be alone and reflect on my life and my goals.
I would use the money to create a training program for substance abuse centers that wish to incorporate fitness into their daily regimen. I believe these people would greatly benefit from fitness by developing a healthy outlet.
