As I get older, I realize the importance of a healthy diet. It is just as important as an exercise regimen when trying to get fit. I eat healthy whole foods, focusing on lean proteins and vegetables. Also, mixing up your workouts and doing what you enjoy is key. It helps you from becoming bored and stuck in a rut. Doing what appeals to you is vital, whether that is hitting the gym or getting out and doing yard work! Make fitness a consistent priority!
Years ago, I had 3 children under the age of 2. Fitness helped me keep my sanity and gave me the energy I needed! It also played a key role in helping me get through breast implant illness. Over the nine years that I had them, I became progressively sicker. If it wasn’t for exercise and healthy eating, I wouldn’t have made it through. Fitness has been such a big part of my life and has enabled me to be a positive role model for my kids.
My children are my life. I would use the money to help with their college educations.
