What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Fitness is a lifetime commitment. Enjoy the journey and be patient with the progress. Be realistic with your fitness goals. Taking gradual steps with realistic goals and hard work gives you a sense of accomplishment and the motivation you need to stay on track ! Never too late to start getting fit and healthy.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has changed my life in so many positive ways. This is just more than looking aesthetically good. It's beyond feeling good and being healthy. For starter, it boosts my confidence level with a positive outlook in life. Improves my overall health. My physical and muscle strengths have gotten far way better than when I was in my 20s. Fitness has positively influenced by improving my quality of life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I came to the US with nothing so I understand how difficult it can be to be struggled for survival. If I were to be selected, the first thing I would like to do is to make partial donation to the homeless, unfortunate children, etc... God Bless !
