Victoria Porter

I believe fitness should be accessible and affordable for every one that is why I began my online fitness program fitwithcrownvic.

Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Victoria Porter and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I often say fitness is a journey not a destination and this is what I truly believe. It is something that we are always working toward, it will have ups and downs, but if you find a way to stay fit that you enjoy, it will bring you confidence, stress relief and joy! Don’t be afraid to try new things! There are so many forms of fitness. You do not have to run on a treadmill everyday to be fit. You can dance, lift weights, walk outdoors, swim, play a sport, explore fitness and enjoy the jour

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness positivity defines my life! Growing up as a ballerina like many young girls I struggled with body image. I would cycle through fad diets and workouts that left me feeling drained and ashamed of my body. It was not until I found my physical strength at the gym that my mental strength and confidence developed. The gym is now a special place for me. No matter how bad my day was fitness brings me joy and positivity, it is an investment in my body physically and mentally.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to invest in my own dance and fitness studio so I could share my passion with others by providing affordable fitness to anyone willing to join me!
