What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Stay active by doing things you enjoy! Don’t over restrict yourself from ‘bad’ foods, remember everything in moderation, life is all about balance ????????

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Being a competitive figure athlete I have a lot of structure to my daily routine. Firstly, I love morning cardio, this gives me time to self reflect, meditate and sets me up nicely for the day. Coming from a competitive dance background, the gym enables me to challenge myself, and can also be a great stress relief.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was to win I would use $20000 towards a new dance/fitness studio for all the children I teach.
