DETERMINATION & PATIENCE! Be stubborn about your goals but flexible about your methods. There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs. And remember that a lot of it has to do with nutrition! You will have good and bad days and it’s normal! Just get back on track! We are all humans! Always Keep your head high and your dreams alive!
It’s so much more then just lifting weights! It’s a place where I can relieve all the stress I’ve accumulated throughout my workday! The gym is a place where I can focus on myself. changing my eating habits made a big difference on the level of energy I now have! I feel healthier and look healthier. I love knowing that I am doing something good for my body! After all, we only have one!
I would give some back to my little community by adding some workout machines at the gym and buying some sports equipment for the students at the school I work in. With technology taking over our lives, I want to see kids play and move more! And I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t treat myself! I would renew my pass to the gym and probably buy a few equipments of my own and a bigger refrigerator for all my meal preps. Lol
