What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

What I would recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy, would be to create healthy habits for YOU. Workout, eat well and be patient. Have a plan, set small goals, stay focused, find support and don't give up. You only have one body, learn to love it, embrace it, believe in it and the rewards will come.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has positively influenced my life in a way that I have made a decision to one day start investing in my life, building a meaningful and healthy future. I'm continuously improving, leveling up my skills, getting better, challenge myself and always pushing forward. By starting out with small steps and building upon them, I have grown into a dual athlete, graduated college and obtained ACSM CPT. I'm grateful in my successes thus far, I have incorporated health & fitness into my career.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would donate $20,000 to Glendale Community College, Adaptive Fitness Facility, where I work with my brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic and many others with disabilities. Everyday these individuals work so hard to better themselves. The drive and continued focus they have is over the top. It saddens me to see and experience such a small facility with out dated equipment. These individuals deserve better and much more, to create happy healthy lives.
