What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My biggest recommendation is to find someone to either go through the journey with you, or find someone to help you through it. Starting out in this lifestyle is NOT easy. Results come slowly. So it takes a persistent, constant motivation, consistency, and drive to keep pushing through, especially on the most difficult days. Your dreams of being fit and healthy CAN & WILL be achieved as long as you put your heart and soul into it and give it your everything!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has changed me deep into my soul. Not only have I achieved a good physique (which is why I started), but I have grown exponentially as a person. Diving deep into fitness has strengthened me physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically. It has truly made me realize how amazing life is, and how wonderful people can be. I have learned a confidence that I never had before and found the strength to truly LOVE myself and to not rely on opinions of others! It has made me truly happy!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I would do the boring adult thing. . . put a HUGE chunk into a saving's account for Lilly's future. Also use a sizable amount to pay down on my student loans. I am very blessed to have the career I do b/c of them, but I'd like them gone 😊 I would also invest in updated certifications and courses to keep my knowledge for training clients updated and current! I want to be able to provide my clients the best education I can! Big dreams!!!
